Shipping and Delivery

  • What are your shipping options and delivery times?
  • We currently only offer standard shipping and delivery can take anytime from 5-12 days after shipping depending on your location. Please note, orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Do you offer international shipping?
  • Yes, we ship to select international locations. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processes. Import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • How much does shipping cost?
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Free shipping is available on orders over $50.

  • Can I track my order?
  • Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate.

  • What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?
  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@bodygo.com. We’ll work with you to locate your package or resolve the issue.

    To prevent any issues, we recommend using a secure shipping address. BODYGO is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after delivery has been confirmed.


    Returns and Exchanges

  • What is your return/exchange policy?
  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unworn items in their original condition with tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final sale items or gift cards. At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

  • How do I initiate a return or exchange?
  • To start a return, email us at info@bodygo.com with your order number and item details. We’ll guide you through the process. 

  • Do I have to pay for return shipping?
  • Yes, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.

  • How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
  • Once we receive your return, it takes 5-7 business days to inspect and process your refund.

  • Can I return items purchased on sale?
  • Unfortunately, for items on Final Sale, returns are not accepted. 


    Orders

  • How do I use a discount code?
  • Enter your discount code at checkout in the designated box and click “Apply.” Only one code can be used per order.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

  • I was sent the wrong item, what should I do?
  • We are sorry for the mix up! Please contact us. 

  • Will I receive an order confirmation?
  • Yes, you’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after completing your purchase. If you don’t see it, check your junk or spam folder.

  • What materials are your products made from?
  • Our products are crafted using premium, sustainable materials, including recycled fabrics, to ensure durability, comfort, and a reduced environmental impact.

  • How do I find the right size?
  • We offer a size guide on every product page to help you choose the perfect fit. If you're between sizes or unsure, feel free to contact us for assistance.

  • How do I care for my garments?
  • Please follow the care label on your garments. In general, we would recommend separating the whites from the colors, and machine wash on cold, tumble dry on low for your garments.
