Returns
- Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items must be free from stains, odors, or any signs of wear.
- Final Sale items or gift cards are not eligible for return.
- Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.

- Contact us at info@bodygo.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will review your request and provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.
- Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@bodygo.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
Important Notes
- Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- BODYGO is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please retain proof of postage.
